Products and Services
Delivery/Shipment of products are responsibility of the courier/transport company assigned by K.C.Das Fashions Pvt. Ltd. for any loss of products or damage or any issue arising, customer/end user should settle the issue with the courier/transport company responsible for product delivery. K.C.Das Fashions Pvt. Ltd. will provide a copy of the despatch receipt or the acknowledgement given by the courier/delivery company to K.C.Das Fashions Pvt. Ltd. to the customer/end user if requested by the customer. In no circumstances customer/end user should drag K.C.Das Fashions Pvt. Ltd. to any court for settlement of issues related to product delivery/damage or any.

Terms for Return/Refund;

We want you to love what you have ordered from us, but if something went wrong, let us know. You may return the merchandise and place a new order for another colour, or a different size, or an entirely new style.
In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is received with manufacturing defects, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise. For the process of return, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging & the tags. The merchandise return is valid within 7 days from the date on which these goods were delivered.
We do not return or exchange gift certificates, jewellery, bags and sunglasses once dispatched, unless it is a manufacturing defect.
Easy Online Domestic Returns And Exchanges
We offer free reverse pick-up services for all orders shipped within India. To initiate a reverse pick-up request kindly give our customer care department a call to receive a reverse-pickup courier number at your email/phone from us and inform us about new product code that you want to replace with through mail. We request you to follow the instructions given below:
Kindly mention the tracking number/Reverse Pickup number on the return package
1. Take a copy of the order sheet and circle the product you are returning.
2. Pack the item you wish to return in the original delivery package, please ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it in and all the tags of the product are in place.
3. Insert the order sheet and ensure that the parcel is packed properly.
4. The reverse pick-up number and the address should be mentioned on the top of the parcel.
5. When our courier partner arrives, hand over the parcel.
6. Once we receive the returned courier, we will then despatch your new product that you have chosen from our website and provided the product code to our customer care department by e-mail. No refund of money to be given against any product.
7. Online orders can be returned within 7 days of order delivery
Easy In-Store Exchanges
Alternatively, you can exchange the merchandise for another style or size at any of our exclusive stores in Shyambazar or Gariahat in Kolkata.
Visit any store within 7 days from the date of receiving the order for an exchange.
Please make note of the following points before visiting the store for a hassle-free exchange process:
1. Kindly carry the invoice copy along with the unused products & the tags intact.
2. If the newly selected merchandise value is more than the originally purchased merchandise value, then you may have to pay the difference amount. The newly selected products amount should not be less than the orginal product purchase. No monetory refund is applicable.
We do not accept any damage complaints after 7 days of receiving the shipment. So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest.
